- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very rude staff. I have had two visits, each appt. I had to wait over 45 minutes before being seen. Today I asked why so long? The response I received was quite rude " we have two providers and 4 rooms, you do the math". Well I suppose I will lighten their load and find somewhere else to spend my time and money.August 28, 2017by Don Prince
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son had an appointment today. Well appearantly his insurance changed with out informing me. Seeing how we are 11 days in to the month I haven't received a new card, information, not any thing. The receptionist was very rude. She found out the name but some how did not know the number for his insurance. Instead of allowing me to get a handle of things and call to see whats going on. She tossed the cards down telling me his appointment was canceled and to make one when he gets a card. Then shut the window in my face and sat down. She needs to work on her people skills. We will be making out dermatology appts else where from now on.May 26, 2017by laura lashley
